Falcon has two faces. The one the client sees: a site under your brand, with search, map, and listings. The one the broker sees: a panel to load properties, photos, and answer inquiries.

06 Questions

What people ask before signing.

Is the domain mine?

Yes. Setup includes a one-year registration in your name. At renewal, you can stay with us or take it with you.

Can I change plans?

Whenever you want. Base to Pro without losing anything. Pro to Infinite, we talk and plan the migration.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It is yours. We hand over properties, photos, and inquiries in a format you can open, and delete the rest.

I already have properties in another system or in Excel.

On Pro we load the first batch with you. On Infinite we migrate everything ourselves, file by file.

Does it work outside Costa Rica?

The public site and the panel do. The province, canton, and district cascade ships ready for Costa Rica; for another country we load its territorial division.

Do I need to know about servers?

No. Falcon runs on our infrastructure. You log into the panel with your password and the rest is ours.
